THE INTERIOR OF THE CHEESE PROCESSING ROOM HAS THE SAME SHEETROCK AND MARLITE COMBINATION AS THE PARLOR TO PERMIT WASH DOWN AND EASIER CLEANING.

NOTICE ALL WALLS AND CEILINGS ARE TEXTURED SHEET ROCK. THE LOWER FOUR FEET OF THE WALLS ARE COVERED WITH MARLITE TO PERMIT WASHDOWN.

A NEW 45 GALLON DOUBLE COMPARTMENT HOLDING TANK WAS DELIVERED AND INSTALLED TO COMPLETE OUR PIPELINE SYSTEM UPGRADE AND PROVIDE US WITH A LOT MORE EFFICIENCY AND FLEXIBILITY IN MEETING THE 72-HOUR RULE. THE LARGER TANK HOLDS 30 GALLONS AND THE SMALLER TANK HOLDS 15 GALLONS. BOTH TANKS ARE COOLED BY THE SAME SYSTEM BUT HAVE COMPLETELY SEPERATE CIRCULATING SYSTEMS AND INDIVIDUAL CHART RECORDERS.
